Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Belysa Collective, every piece is crafted with care and despatched with attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been despatched. To request a cancellation, write to us at business.belysa@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, undamaged condition — exactly as delivered
  • Unused and unaltered
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email business.belysa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our team
  5. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 10 days of delivery, no questions asked. Just ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Need help?
